The purchase process
Although the process of purchasing a property in France is quite different from the UK, there is no need to find it frightening.

From the opening negotiations and price agreement, to the initial ‘compromis de vente’ when the basis of the sale is established and the deposit is paid, right through to the final ‘acte de vente’ when you take ownership of the property (and then start to insure it in your own right), The Languedoc House will ensure the smoothness of the transition, often using English speaking Notaires, should it prove beneficial to you.
